Every package begins with a thorough inspection and evaluation of the home or building to be treated. We look for not only signs of current infestation, but also conditions that could contribute to a future infestation. At that time, we evaluate the situation to determine the best course of treatment. Depending on the specific pests and the nature of the infestation or conditions, we recommend a variety of different treatment protocols. Liquid materials, dry compounds, granules, traps, and baits are among the materials that might be used.

The safety of your family, including your children and pets, is of primary concern. We will provide specific written details on exactly what treatment methods we plan to use and any relevant safety instructions such as avoiding a particular open area until the applied product dries. In most cases, we do not place materials on surfaces that are accessible to pets or small children. If you have chemical sensitivities or allergies, do not hesitate to speak up. All of our employees have access to MSDS (material safety data sheets) for every product we use, and are happy to discuss.
