Local owners Allyn and Michelle Nock are registered nurses with a combined 44 years of acute care experience. They understand firsthand how overwhelming and challenging it can be when a loved one needs care, especially when family members live far away. The Nocks are dedicated to helping families find peace of mind with dependable, compassionate and quality homecare throughout southern Arizona.

From childcare to elder care, the Tucson BrightStar team is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Nurse Manager will ensure that each client and family receives the highest level of care and service.
